Mark Spiteri
DirectorMark is an economics graduate from the London School of Economics. He started his career in 1997 at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), where he trained as a management consultant and was admitted into the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Mark went on to become a manager in the Corporate Finance division of PwC, where he specialised in strategic M&A and outsourcing transactions. Major clients included Royal Mail, the NHS and a number of private equity firms. He left PwC after eight years taking up a six-month secondment in Thailand and Indonesia advising a resort developer. He joined Woodsford Consulting in 2005 as a Senior Consultant and latterly a director. He has set up and led a Euro 40m acquisition programme in German residential real estate and advised on a Euro 600m Initial Public Offering of Dom Development, a leading Polish residential developer, who he continues to work with.
